The main purpose of the EURI 2000 Extraction Station EURI 2000 Extraction Station is to extract, purify and liquefy carbon dioxide CO2 from flue gases formed after pyrolysis of natural gas. The resulting food-grade carbon dioxide complies with the European standard EN1035 and is suitable for the following industries and applications;

- public catering establishments;

- breweries;

- soft drinks production;

- carbonated mineral and drinking water production;

- fire extinguishing installations;

- greenhouse business;

- food packaging;

- welding equipment

The EURI 2000 extraction station produces 2,500 kg/h of food-grade CO₂ and is integratedwith a 10 MW power plant operating on gas piston units (GPUs) from various manufacturers.

The EURI 2000 extraction station is a complete, factory-ready product that includes all necessary units to operate as intended.

The operating mode: 24 hours a day, in automatic mode.

The type and design of the EURI 2000 extraction station comply with the design documentation.

The design of the extraction station ensures reliable and safe operation over the specified service life and provides for maintenance, cleaning, repair, and operational control.

The design of the extraction station was implemented to meet fire safety and operator safety requirements during installation and operation.

To produce high-frequency carbon dioxide, the extraction station is equipped with a rectification system to remove non-condensable gases.

Large-sized units (including column equipment) are disassembled for easy transportation to the customer's site.
